Level

Junior developers focus on learning and contribute to project tasks under the guidance of mentors. Requirements
To assess your technical skills, we won’t ask theoretical logic questions or make you solve hypothetical problems that won’t appear in real practice. To evaluate your knowledge, we may ask you to refactor real code, design a table structure, explain the logic behind the code (or, even better, its business meaning), review proposed improvements, or demonstrate your knowledge of databases or other technologies.

Our evaluation is based on your knowledge of ERP system, understanding of business processes, degree of independence and responsibility, and familiarity with the industry specifics of the clients you work with.
Requirements
We consider the following as key technical skills for a consultant: knowledge of ERP system functionality, understanding of business processes and industry-specific requirements, the ability to write functional specifications, conduct testing, and document business processes. Proficiency with ERP tools—including data import/export frameworks, integration mechanisms, and reporting tools. During the interview, we may ask you to write a specification, test a feature, explain a business process and its implementation in the ERP system based on specific requirements, describe integration technologies from a user’s perspective, or analyze errors. We may also discuss your project experience and the consultant’s role at different stages of implementation.
Soft skills
To succeed in a consultant role, you need to communicate clearly, present your ideas with confidence, and negotiate effectively with both colleagues and clients. We value individuals who take initiative and can work well both independently and as part of a team. It’s important that you can quickly grasp the essence of a problem, suggest practical solutions, and confidently defend your point of view when necessary.
