Yes. Participants are welcome to discuss real challenges from their projects, particularly during dedicated Q&A sections.

Can the training be tailored to our company’s specific requirements?

Yes. The program can be adapted to your specific reporting scenarios and project requirements. In some cases, this may require additional analysis and preparation by the trainers, which can affect the overall training cost.

Can individual specialists join the training?

Yes. While the training is primarily designed for companies and project teams, individual specialists are also welcome to participate. Please note that our pricing is based on a group format rather than per participant. As a result, the training fee for a single participant is the same as for a small group.

Can the training be delivered in a language other than English (for example, German)?

Our trainers deliver the training in English. If a group requires the training in another language, such as German, an interpreter with knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations terminology may be required. This may significantly increase the overall cost of the training.

How many participants can attend the training?

Both ER Foundation and ER Expert include practical exercises, which limit the group size. In the ER Foundation module, the exercises are more introductory, so the group can consists of 6–8 participants. In the ER Expert module, the exercises are more advanced and hands-on, therefore the group is limited to up to 5 participants.
