The company Factory of Solutions since 2017 has been successfully engaged in the implementation and support of ERP solutions and CRM solutions based on products of Microsoft and 1C companies. One of the important components of our business is the provision of IT outsourcing in those areas where we are experts.

Traditionally, our clients are companies from Western and Eastern Europe, as well as Russia and Kazakhstan. We specialize in automating business processes in manufacturing and service companies, as well as companies working in commodity trading (transnational shipping operations). We have extensive expertise in automating processes for warehouses and distribution centers. We have completed more than 20 successful implementation projects from scratch and have dozens of satisfied customers who use our support service. Many clients come to us from other partners because of our professionalism, honesty and the quality of services we provide.

Who are we looking for

  • Developers

    We recruit developers of different levels — from beginners to technical architects.

    It doesn't matter to us if you know sorting algorithms or how knowledgeable you are in programming. We will not ask tricky questions about logic or force you to solve problems that will never be useful in practice. Instead, we can ask you to refactor the actual code or design a set of tables, explain the meaning of the code (even better, its business sense), evaluate the revision, or demonstrate knowledge of working with a DBMS.

    We work in consulting, and this puts a great emphasis on your soft skills. You must be able to articulate your thoughts clearly, have competent speech and not be afraid to have a dialogue with both colleagues within the company and with the customer's team. The ideal candidate's desire to develop new functionality has to be in equal combination with their desire to understand the customer's business processes and value the client’s needs which are to be implemented.

  • Analysts

    We are looking for analysts of different levels — from beginners to functional architects.

    It is important to us that you are able to quickly understand the essence of the problems discussed, offer solutions and not be afraid to defend your opinion. You should be able to negotiate with both colleagues and customers, have competent oral and written speech, be decent, responsible and a bit of a perfectionist.

    At the interview, we may ask you to describe the business process using notations, write a change request, evaluate the work on the release of functionality, or conduct an interview with a business user.

    We work in consulting, and this has additional requirements. An ideal employee should strive for continuous training and have their knowledge accredited by passing exams and receiving certificates. They should be open to new ideas, criticism and be eager to share their knowledge and experience.
